Hello
Has anyone seen this clip before and had to source it? I thought where else better to ask than the Upholstery community. It is a u type clip that is roughly .5" x .5" It clips over the plastic lip edge of the seat cover and then goes into a channel on the back of the metal seat frame. It also holds the carpet seat back cover that lays in the channel before it is pressed in wedging it all tightly together. My issue is that they are no where in Kia's parts lookup and two different dealers could not find them. This leads me to believe that they only come with the seat cover if it is purchased and not sold separately from the dealer. I found the company that makes the covers for Kia but finding a way to contact them is impossible. I have searched all over the internet to no avail. I have found a few auveco U style snap on headliner clips that are similar.
