The rear glass window in my Audi TT fell out and was replaced. On the inside they used a leathery material with a sticky side to adhere the window to the roof material... not quite duct tape. Heavier.

Anyway, the 4" wide strips they used are tearing away at their edges and I'm wondering which glue to use to re-attach this leather. This leather appears all around the window about a quarter on an inch onto the window itself.

Very fast-drying glue will be needed as I'm gonna have to wait for it to dry, holding it with my hand. Inch by inch.

I've used various extremely fast-drying two-part glue, and also some quick two-part epoxy. Is this right to use? I'm in So California so the sun heats the car intensely in summer. I have no garage.
