These are some boats I worked on last summer. Most of the foam was destroyed by squirrels or nonexistent from rot and neglect.

To be honest it was pretty easy. I cut 2 peices of foam....angled the edges then wrapped with 1/2" foam. Then dacron. ..or fortrel....or whatever it's called to smooth things out. The foam, patterning, sewing and stapling was probably 2 or 3 hours at most....
