I have a '99 Suburban with a locked rear door. The lock mechanism is inside of the door and I can't feel it. How do I get to the bottom center plastic plug on the door panel? On the other rear door on the top, forward (close to the door hinge) inside part of the door panel, there is something holding the panel on? What is that and how would I remove it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
