Sailrite has frame kits you cut to size should work good for what you need. As far as thread the go to marine thread is solarfix but if for your first time a UV polyester will work.

Thanks @Jayscanvas

After looking around more it looks like 3/4" tubing will fit inside the 7/8" tubing so about $6 and I should be back in business!

Been a while but progress has been made.
I have made the bimini twice and upgraded my machine and work space and finally got back to the original project.

The side curtains are wrinkled from improper storage.

Not a big deal. This was a great learning experience.
I'm thinking about removing the windows and redoing the framework and making a new enclosure that allows for better airflow and a much cleaner look than this setup but it works for now.

Thanks to @Jayscanvas for all his help and everyone else who replied to my requests for help with various issues along the way.

Is that a shop built bender or a commercially available unit?

@MalcolmM Those appear to be commercial available units. Do a google search for Marine Tubing Bender and you will find what your looking for.

@MalcolmM

I believe those are the Bend Arc and Crown Arc benders

There is another company that makes them but cannot think of the name right now. King Marine I believe
