@BigRig The whole idea came at too high of a $ amount for me to do by myself. so, I let it go.
However, Cechaflo did a video about sewing seats with airbags and the different thread thickness used as well as the tensions and the direction of how the seats were put together. Here in the litigation happy United States, I am still avoiding anything to do with airbags until I know 100% for sure they can be done to where I know the airbags work properly.
On another note, I have seen a sewing machine program that will automatically sew the airbag seams for you and print out a verification sticker that is sewn into the airbag seam. But, the cost of the system was around $75,000USD. At that time nor now do I do enough volume to justify that cost.
